4-Point & Wind Mitigation

$50 Each

4-Point Inspection:

The 4-Point inspection focuses on four key areas: the roof, electrical system, plumbing system, and HVAC system. Inspectors evaluate the condition and safety of these components to identify potential issues that could affect the home’s insurability and ensures that the home meets safety standards.

Wind Mitigation:

The wind mitigation is an assessment process that evaluates a home's ability to withstand strong winds such as hurricanes. This inspection focuses on various features of the property, such as roof shape, roof cover, window and door impact resistance, and the presence of storm shutters. By identifying these protective measures, homeowners can enhance their safety and potentially qualify for discounts on their homeowners' insurance premiums.

11-Month (Warranty) Inspection

$300-$500

An 11-month warranty inspection is an evaluation on a newly built home just before the expiration of its one-year builder warranty. This inspection aims to identify any defects or issues that may have arisen since the home was completed.  By identifying issues early, homeowners can ensure that necessary repairs are made, protecting their investment and maintaining the home's value.

This inspection focuses on the 5 main elements of a home: foundation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and the roof. Your inspector will test these components and systems, and check for proper installation and function.
